Mazda Irani, Ph.D
Cto
Dr. Irani leads the development of advanced software tools by integrating cutting-edge scientific research into practical applications. With over 15 years of experience in thermal operations, he brings deep industry insight from his work with major operators and service companies. His focus is on delivering efficient, practical solutions to enhance prediction accuracy. Dr. Irani holds dual Ph.Ds. in Petroleum Engineering and Geomechanics from the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta
Saleem Ghori, Ph.D
Advisor Reservoir Engineering
Dr. Ghori is a globally recognized reservoir engineering consultant with 25+ years of experience across the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Norway, Indonesia, and Mexico. He has led multimillion-dollar CO₂-EOR projects, optimized waterfloods in major fields, and delivered simulation and field development strategies using Eclipse, EMPower, and Petrel. A former technical leader at ExxonMobil and KFUPM/Saudi Aramco, he holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Tech. As SPE CCUS Membership Chair (2023–24), he actively advances sustainable reservoir technologies.
Jawad Ali Khan, Ph.D
Founder & CEO
Dr. Khan has over a decade of experience in reservoir management and holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of North Dakota. His expertise includes production optimization, workover operations, field development, reservoir simulation, business development, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and strategic planning. He delivers innovative, high-impact solutions through collaboration with major multinational companies, joint venture partners, and government agencies, focusing on sustainable energy development and subsurface integrity.
